Trolling For Striped Bass. It was a beautiful spring morning in 2016 aboard the Miss Ginny II with Captain Chuck Price out of Rock Hall Maryland. He was trolling the Upper Chesapeake Bay for Large Striped Bass using Spanky’s Lures. He had a group of six anglers and they were not disappointed. They all landed a quality striped bass.
