Refund Policy

Spanky’s Lures is dedicated to providing the highest quality product possible to our customers. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return new and unused products in the original packaging with invoice within 30 days of original purchase for refund or exchange. Buyer is responsible for return postage.

If product is defective it can be returned in the original packaging with the original invoice for a full refund or exchange. Refund will be by the same method the lure or lures were paid for, such as credit card or check. Please provide us with the reason you believe the product to be defective for the item that is being returned. Your feedback is very important to us.

Spank’s Lures is not responsible for lost return items. We recommend holding onto the return shipping receipt with the tracking number until you receive confirmation that we have received the returned merchandise. We also ask that you mark the package as “RETURN” and provide the tracking number for all returned merchandise when you call as this will expedite processing.
