Stormy Striper Fishing in the Chesapeake Bay aboard Kingfish II Charters with Captain Harry Nield. It was just another day of cloudy, breezy spring striped bass fishing with Captain Harry Nield out of Wenona Maryland. The water was cool and a little choppy but these anglers endured the elements for a day of trolling Spanky’s Lures aboard the Kingfish II in Tangier Sound. It was not ideal conditions to fish but the lines still were cracking off with large striped bass. Captain Harry still managed to limit out this morning with five trophy striped bass.
